What is Steven Universe?
Short answer: An animated series created by Rebecca Sugar for Cartoon Network.
Steven, who is half-Gem, lives with the Crystal Gems, magical aliens named Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl, in Beach City and helps them protect the world, per Wikipedia. It ran for five seasons, from November 2013 to January 2019. Steven Universe: The Movie followed in September 2019, and the epilogue series Steven Universe Future ran from December 2019 to March 2020.
