The habit kids may copy: dancing along

Most songs come with simple moves, and kids often get up and copy them.

Try tonight: freeze dance

Put on one Wiggles song and dance together. Stop the music at random and say: "Freeze! Stop, breathe, choose your next move." Let your child pick the next dance move before you press play. In our program, this is the lesson "The Pause Button": stop, breathe, choose.
