Tap a card. Hear a story.
Teo & Biscuit Story Cards: hold a card to your phone, and a short story about one big feeling starts to play. For the car, for bedtime, and for the moments before a meltdown. For kids 4–7.
How it works
- Tap. Hold a card to the back of your phone. No app to install.
- Listen. The story plays. Put the phone face down; your child listens with the card in hand.
- Talk. Every story ends with one question you can ask at dinner or bedtime.
Hear a story: “The Dragon in the Playroom”
From the Big Feelings deck. Biscuit knocks over Teo's tower, and Teo feels the dragon inside wake up. About 2 minutes.
Five decks. Pick the ones you'd use.
Reserve your deck
12 cards and a box in each deck. Planned price: $29 per deck. We won't charge anything now: leave your email, and we'll write to you first when the decks are ready.
Questions parents ask
How do the story cards work?
Each card has an NFC chip inside, the same kind used for tap-to-pay. Hold the card to the back of a phone and the story opens and starts. On most Android phones it opens right away; on an iPhone (XS or newer) a banner appears and you tap it once. Every card also has a QR code for any phone.
Does my child need a screen?
Your child listens; nobody has to watch. After the story starts, the phone can go face down or in the front seat. Your child holds the card, listens, and answers one question at the end.
Do the stories work offline?
You'll be able to save the stories on the phone, so they play in the car or on a plane without a signal.
When will the decks ship, and will you charge me now?
No payment now. We're finding out which decks families want most. When we have a date, we'll email the people on the list first, with the price, before anyone pays anything.
What age are the cards for?
Ages 4 to 7. The stories follow Teo and his dog Biscuit, the same characters as in our 12-week program, and each one is about a single feeling and a single small skill.
What do you do with my email?
We use it only to tell you when the decks are ready. You can ask us to remove it at any time by replying to that email.
