Short answer: Of the four PG films, Brave has the highest Common Sense Media age, 8+.
The BBFC says Brave has several scenes of large, fierce bears threatening people and a bear fight that ends with a bear's death. Common Sense Media calls it pretty scary for a "princess movie," especially for kids under 7. It lists Snow White for 6+, calling it enchanting but also scary, and Tangled for 5+.
The habit kids may copy: the wish
Many of the stories start with a princess wishing for a different life and running off to get it.
