Why young kids know Squid Game
In October 2021, schools in Australia, England, Quebec, and elsewhere wrote to parents that children, some as young as 6, were re-enacting the show's games in playgrounds, sometimes with "losers" being hit or pushed. Many player-made Roblox games also recreate Squid Game challenges, mainly Red Light, Green Light, without the show's violence.
