What is Natural Disaster Survival?

Short answer: One of Roblox's oldest games: players try to stay alive on a map while natural disasters strike.

Its page says: "Quickly, run around in circles! Your life depends on it!" It was created in 2008 by the Roblox user Stickmasterluke. As of October 18, 2026, it had about 4.5 billion visits and about 6,500 players online at once.

Natural disaster survival age rating: what's in it

Short answer: Roblox is rated T for Teen; the game's own Roblox label is Minimal.

• Platform: the ESRB rates Roblox T for Teen, with Users Interact and In-Game Purchases (Includes Random Items).
• Roblox label: Minimal, suitable for everyone.
• Own rating: we found no ESRB, PEGI, or Common Sense Media rating for Natural Disaster Survival.

Roblox says Minimal games may contain occasional mild violence, light unrealistic blood, and/or occasional mild fear (Roblox).

Chat, purchases, and lawsuits

Up to 30 players share a server, and chat runs through Roblox. Game passes cost 60 to 95 Robux: a green balloon, a red apple, or a yellow compass at every spawn. A "Power Up Machine" sold for 10 to 140 Robux adds more disasters. We didn't find paid random items.

Several US states have sued Roblox, the platform, over child safety, including Louisiana (August 2025), Kentucky (October 2025), and Texas (November 2025). Roblox has disputed the claims, and we found no government action against this experience or its developers. More on the platform: Roblox.

The habit kids may copy: everything is a disaster

In the game, every round brings a new disaster, and running is the plan.
